Things You Should Know About All Title Loans
The first thing you should know is most companies run their loan businesses in pretty much
the same way. We are all similar because we have to follow the same laws.
These next few things are very important if you should ever need
a loan:
- Only borrow what you need. Title loans are very expensive!
- Stay in contact with the loan company at all times.
- Keep your address and phone number updated.
- Make your payments on time.
- If you are running late, call! This may stop a repossession;
the more we know about your situation, the better we can work with you to prevent a repossession. If we cannot contact
you, a repo truck will be sent.
- Always read fully and understand the contract. Ask your
questions before you sign the contract.
Please do not let your car get repossessed! We are very
understanding and will work with our customers. If you do fall behind, call us and give us your plan to get caught up on payments,
we can and will work with you. Be honest and stick to your plan for the best title loan experience.
What if my car is repossessed?
If your car is repossessed you have 10 days in which to
reclaim it. After that the vehicle will be sold to repay your debt. Additional fees will be added your balance
if the vehicle is repossessed.
- Repossession fee $375.00. This is the standard repossession fee; it can be
more if there are difficulties. Please do not interfere with a
repo agent.
- Document fee $100.00.
- Storage fee $20.00 per day until the vehicle is reclaimed.
If you wait until day 10 to reclaim your vehicle, the fees added to your
balance will be $675.00 or more.
Before you can reclaim your vehicle, we do require you to pay the balance
in full as well as all fees.
